•The designs presently call for a 24,000 square meters (sq.m.) built area which will include sound-stages, recording studios, mill/flex space as well as offices/parking/storage: Currently we are envisioning three 3,600 sq.m. sound stages, one 1,500 sq.m. sound stage, two 750 sq.m. recording studios, two 1,800 sq.m. mill/flex spaces, two 1,500 sq.m. mill/flex spaces and a 3,600 sq.m. office/storage complex.
•These plans are at a planning phase and can be adjusted to include more stages, more office space, etc. – both within the current design for a 24,000 sq.m. build-out as well as for an expanded version / additional studios. The plan also currently calls for green space, parking and hard-scaped flat land.
•The current renderings do not take into account the envisioned additional four (4) hectares, 40,000 sq.m. (9.88 acres) of hard-scaped flat land adjacent to this 6-hectare complex. This area will provide adequate space for large, complex outdoor set construction and larger outdoor green-screen set-ups.
• TOTAL complex will cover 10 hectares: 100,000 square meters (24.7 acres)
