Technology Cluster / Campus (the heart of the STP) plan is to include an IoT hub, a business incubator, center for cybersecurity and a blockchain tech center. 

A center for helping entrepreneurs / companies to provide growth capital.

Also a One Stop Shop for government relations, corporate registration, employment center, grants applications, residency (or citizenship) programs.

Luxury Residential / Mixed Use Development for a ‘work-live’ environment that will include offices, shops/restaurants, parking.

A center for peace and cooperation via academic interaction and conferences. 

A campus to advance academic interaction between Balkans top universities (STP is next to the country’s main university) and global technology universities.
